Club Organisation

The Royal Harwich Yacht Club is managed by both paid staff and volunteer members. Our professional salaried team undertake the administrative work of the Club, offer support to members and visiting yachtsman and provide the expertise which enables the daily activities of the Club.

Our bar and catering managers are also employed directly by the Club.

Directing and offering volunteer support to the paid staff are the Flag Officers: The Commodore, Vice Commodore and two Rear Commodores.

The Club relies on volunteer committees and members to run the many operations of the Club and to ensure that they work in conjunction with each other for the good of the Club.
