Yoga
The yoga class which began as a prototype on Monday mornings in September 2011 is now thriving and has moved in to the Main hall and so there are now spaces! Cathie Shuster, the instructor, runs the class for beginners and intermmediates, both men and women. All welcome!
If it interests you do come for a taster session - Monday mornings - term time - 0930 - 1100.
